Whew, it has been a long time!!!!

I know, I know, it has been ages since I have updated this blog! March was actually a busy month for us! We went to MOA with Nana, got to play outside, Caeden lost his first tooth, went bowling, did a school carnival. Just to name a few!

We are excited that it is finally getting warm out. The kids have been dying to play outside and wear their flip flops! April has been a busy month for us as well. We had Olivia's birthday party, next weekend is Courtney and Quintin's party, the next weekend is Noah's party! All of this while trying to get the baby's room ready and build a deck! Whew!

Hopefully now I won't go too long before posting pic's! Sorry for the pic overload. Wanted to make sure you got an idea of everything we have been doing! :)

It's a girl!!!!

As most of you know, baby Bril 3 is going to be a girl! We found out this past week and it was a family affair. Caeden was so excited and I think Noah could of cared less. Mike and I had bet going, he said girl and I said boy. I was shocked when I found out it was a girl. I don't think it has set in yet! Either way, we are excited and can't wait to meet her!

Bowling

I took the kids bowling a little while ago and they had a great time! When I told them in the morning that we were going to go bowling, Caeden replied "We get to play the Wii?" They were so excited and had so much fun! They are still talking about it and can't wait to do it again!

Snow party at the Tyma's

This past weekend we were able to get over to the Tyma's house! The kids played outside while the dad's built a fort! The kids actually thought it was pretty cool too! It has been a long time since we have been able to go outside and play, but we are taking full advantage of it! Makes us want spring even more!

bye bye Nuk!

FINALLY, I got the courage to get rid of the nuk. It was just random and decided that it was going to be that day! He did pretty good. I let him pick out something at toys r us and then I picked out something for the Nuk fairy to bring him that night. So I wouldn't cave, I cut the nuk. He was good about going to bed that night because he had not had a nap! In the middle of the night, he woke up several times asking for it and I showed him the broken nuk! Today nap went o.k. and anxious to see how the night went. Here are some pic's of him opening his present from the nuk fairy!

burr it is cold outside

Well this has been a cold winter. Although this week hasn't been as bad! Last week was horrible and we spent most of the days indoors. I got an idea from another friend to save some of their xmas gifts and bring them out on a winter day. So that is what we did. We had moon dough to play with, new puzzles and new games to play with. It was like Christmas all over again! The kids loved it! Last Friday night was really bad, as we usually go to gym night, but we decided to stay in. Mike put the kids tent together and the kids got their sleeping bags and watched a movie and ate popcorn. They thought this was pretty cool as well!

NYE

Wow, it has been a long time! Well let me first catch you up on NYE's! This year we decided to book a room at hotel and let the kids swim. My sister also got a room with her family. My cousins from NE and Waseca were also able to come and it was fun hanging out with them. The kids all had a good time hanging out together! They swam, swam and swam! They were exhausted! We are hoping to make this a tradition every year. The kids are still talking about staying in the hotel and going swimming!
