Twins game

Yesterday we took Caeden to his first Twins game! He was so excited! Especially since his cousin Taylor got to come along! He really got into the game, but did get restless at about the 6th inning! We had a great time watching the Twins play their last games in the Dome!!!

Congrats Jenny and Mike

On Saturday our friend Jenny got married!!! We did not go to the church because it was right in the middle of Noah's nap. We came to the reception and had a great time! We got to spend some time with Kristy and Tom, Melissa, Becca, Courtney and Quintin and Wally and Stephanie.







The boys had such a fun time dancing! Caeden couldn't wait for the dance to start! He even requested from the dj to play bon jovi!!! Noah had a great time dancing too. He wouldn't let anyone else dance with him though. When it was time to go, neither of them wanted to go home!

Outside fun!

It is hard to believe it is the middle of September and we are having 80 degree days. We will take it though. The kids love being outside and playing ball. Lately we have been playing baseball and golf in the backyard. Here are some pic's of that!







These next pictures are from a park in stillwater called the Teddy Bear Park. It was such a cool park. Both boys enjoyed it and we had nice weather to go along with it. We were able to go with some friends which made it even more fun! We even got to have some ice cream and watch some of the boats zoom by!!!

Caeden's 1st day of preschool!

Today was Caeden's 1st day of preschool! I can't believe he is in preschool already! Where did the time go. Of course I was a nervous wreck and he was so excited! The teacher came out to the car to get him and mom drove away in tears. I was so excited to go pick him up. When we got there he ran up to us and gave me a hug first and then Noah. He told me he missed Noah. Then we met dad for lunch and had a great time. He is so excited to go back next week!!!

1st annual Bril family vacation

This past weekend us and Mike's whole family was up in Crosslake, MN for a vacation. We had a great time and the kids love being with their cousins, aunts, uncles and of course their grandma and g-pa! The ride up and back was a little rough as the kids did not like to be in the car that long. It was a great time though. Uncle Dan and Lyndsey were nice and enough to take Caeden on his first boat ride and Lyndsey taught Caeden how to fish too!

Caeden's birthday party

On Sunday we had Caeden's 4th birthday party. We could not have asked for a better day! This year Caeden got to pick out what kind of party he wanted and he wanted a batman party. So of course I was on the hunt to find batman things!

The night before Mike and I spent 2 1/2 hours putting together his train table, so that when he woke up in the morning, he would see it! He LOVED it and did not leave the table until his party started! The table is going to have to go into his room, because Noah likes to destroy it!!!







This year we played some games. I was able to find a batman pinata and the kids had fun with that. We also played pin the bat on the bat mobile (thanks for the idea Amy!)All and all it was a great day and we are so lucky to have such a great family and friends to spoil our new 4 year old!!!
