Semi Wordless Wednesday!

Here are pic's of Noah's 1st time out! He hit Caeden with a soft bat (Caeden was fine of course and it took everything for Mike and I not to laugh). He just sat on the step and cried. I just wanted to comfort him, but I knew that was not the right thing!

Anyhoo, these are pic's of Caeden in his new Yankee's sweatshirt that my sister got for him since he loves the Yankee's (don't ask)!

Hope everyone has a Happy New Year!!!

Christmas

Christmas morning was so much fun with the boys! The were so excited that Santa had came. Caeden checked out the plate and cookies we left for Santa to make sure Santa had ate the cookies we left for him! Caeden "dug" right into opening the presents. Noah was still trying to get the hang of it.

When we first started talking about Santa, Caeden said he wanted a kitchen. So Santa delivered a kitchen. Of course throughout the holiday season his mind kept changing, he wanted a Hanny Manny Motorcycle and then this Mac truck from the movies cars. This was ALL he could talk about how he wanted this truck and he thought EVERYONE was going to get it for him. Mike wanted to save the truck for last and he was so happy when he finally opened it for this is what he has been playing with for the last couple of days!

Noah is OBSESSED with Mickey Mouse! So you can see the theme here with his presents. He was so excited when I opened them and showed him what he got! Our house is now full of Mickey Mouse stuff! Noah goes around humming the "Hot Dog" song. So cute!

It was then off to the Wright house for more Christmas fun! We are very lucky to have such a great family that spoils our kids! The kids got so much stuff. Caeden's favorite things of the day were his Giants shirt and Yankee's sweatshirt!

After the present opening we took the kids outside and they had a great time playing with their cousins and their uncles! It was a great day and we are so blessed to have such a great family on both sides!

Now we just have to figure out where we are going to put everything!!! Hope everyone else had a wonderful Christmas as the Bril family did!

Chrismas Eve

Christmas eve was spent on the Bril side. The boys were so excited to go over to Grandma and G-pa's house. Kevin, Tom, Jeannie and Steph were there. They had so much fun playing with their uncles and their aunts. Caeden was so into opening his presents and Noah could of cared less! I think he was just taking it all in! The boys were spoiled by their grandparents and their uncles and aunts.

It was a great night of food and family! By the end of the night the boys were so exhausted and we barely made it out of the Bril driveway before the kids had "zonked" out!

Fun things to do!

We have gotten to do a lot of fun things this December! It is so hard to believe the new year is fast approaching! We are hoping 2010 is going to be a great year and are so excited to watch the boys grow and learn new things from them!

Here are some pic's of the boys outside playing! Noah had a great time and even screamed when he had to come back inside. Mike took them down a little hill in our neighbors yard and they went down the hill just the two of them. Even though they tipped over, the boys were giggling!

These are pic's of Caeden at his "little" Christmas program. On the last day of class, the kids got to wear their jammies, eat popcorn and pizza and watch a movie. The last 15 min of class, they put on at little program by singing and playing instruments! It was so cute!

After his program, we met Mike and took the kids downtown to see the Macy's exhibit and watch the Hollidazzle parade. The kids thought it was pretty neat to walk through "The day and the life of an Elf." Since it was chilly out we decided to watch the parade in the skyway. We got there about 3:50 and the parade did not start until 6:30. The boys did a great job sitting there. We had tons of snack and toys for them to play with. When the parade did start, the boys did not move and watch the whole time. Noah waved at all the people and Caeden loved when Santa came by! It was a great day and great night! The boys both crashed on the ride home!!!

Congrats to Tom and Jeannie!

This past Friday the Bril siblings waited anxiously while Tom was proposing to Jeannie and then they were going to meet up with us! Both of them walked into the restaurant with a giant smile on their face! We had a nice dinner, chatted, drank and were all excited for the newly engaged couple!

We then headed downtown Mpls where we met up with some of their friends and celebrated more! We are so excited and happy for you Tom and Jeannie and can't wait to share in your special day! Thanks for letting us be a part of your special night and wonderful night! We love you!!!
