Surgery was a success!!!

Yesterday was Caeden's surgery. He did great and everything went well!

It was an early morning! When we first got there, Caeden looked like he was a little nervous, but once he got to play he was fine. We played board games, bean bag toss and some other toys. All the dr's came and talked to us. It started a little late due to the roads! I wasn't going to go in the room that they put him out in, but I decided at the last min. They gave him laughing gas at first so he was laughing and then he got all squirmy and his eyes rolled back into his head and I lost it. They were so good there. They kept saying this is what is suppose to happen he is o.k. So they took us into the waiting room and we waited for the dr to come talk to us. He said everything went well and we have to limit his activities for 2 wks which is going to be hard! Then they called us when he woke up and he was crying. I felt so bad for him. So I just rocked with him until we got to go home. He has been complaining a lot about pain so we just keep giving him Motrin and Tylenol.

So when we got home, the boys watched a movie and we just relaxed the rest of the day! It was an early bed time for all of us last night!

Today is just going to be an easy day for him. I am just glad it is over and done with! Thank you so much for all the thoughts and prayers!
